I love music because it connects all the parts of my life, my ethnicity,
my interests, my beliefs, and my identity. It allows me to feel every emotion
I could possibly imagine to a heightened extent whether that's happiness,
sadness, anger, or whatever. And because i also play music, it is a way for
me to express myself when nothing else will suffice.

From the rhythm of my walk to the
thoughts in my head to the melody that those thoughts find to the strings
of my guitar to your ears and back to my ears, mind and feet. Yet always
incomplete. Like these sentences.

I love music because it provides a medium through which people can connect on a deeper level. Music is art expression in its purest form. It heightens every moment it accompanies and often says what many cannot. Music brings clarity to my life.

Music, to me, is an expression of the soul. Music can be meaningful, inspiring, and energizing—or the reverse. It is a way for us to communicate with other humans our feelings, thoughts, and experiences in a nearly universally accessible way. Certain beats and tones can evoke the same feeling in people regardless of culture, background, or temperament. Music is one of the few universal languages, and for that it is very powerful. What is better than to use that great power to promote good?

Music to me is a way to accent my mood, be uplifting and an opportunity to sing songs of praise in a Christian church. I associate music with different events and memories, people and places. More or less music is a communicator both on the part of the musician and on the part of the listener. "I like it alot!" - name that move!

Music is multi-faceted and means so many different things to different people. It's not only a way for people to express themselves, but it's also a way to relieve stress, boost up morale, or just party! I love it because it's a great way to connect people together and also a way to get to know your inner self.
